In addition, Mayne-McKenney provides the necessary personnel to perform the customary and on-going quality activities such as participating in customer plant audits, assisting in the APQP process and coordinating problem resolution (8D’s, etc.). Mayne-McKenney also supports customers in product launches and first responder quality spills.

Logistics management
Mayne-McKenney coordinates the resolution of delivery problems with supplier, warehouse and customer’s plant. Mayne-McKenney also assists and recommends “just-in-time” solutions for the off-shore supplier.
