Mayne-McKenney manages the entire relationship between the automotive supplier and end customers from Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers. We are dedicated to bringing innovative technologies and unique products to the market that help solve problems for the automotive engineer while meeting the cost expectations of the industry. Mayne-McKenney drives the quality process as the local contact for immediate reaction. We perform customary and on-going quality activities such as participating in customer plant audits, assisting in the APQP process and coordinating problem resolution (8Ds, etc.). Mayne-McKenney also supports customers in product launches and first responder quality spills.
Mayne-McKenney coordinates the resolution of delivery problems with supplier, warehouse and customer's plant. Mayne-McKenney also assists and recommends "just-in-time" solutions for the off-shore supplier.
